TEQ Money Gateway provides international money transfer services and other related financial tools. These are offered in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.

Funds related to money transfer transactions are securely processed and held by our regulated Payment Service Provider (PSP) partner, authorized under the European Payment Services Directive (DSP2), in dedicated segregated accounts. TEQ Money Gateway does not hold client funds directly but operates in partnership with the PSP to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.

We may verify your identity and request additional documentation at any time to fulfill these requirements.


4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized activity on your account.
